Why GateshoX
Engineering that earns its place on every gate.
Over a decade of field-proven performance behind a patented suspension that solves the three headaches of sliding gates: noise, rail corrugation, and bearing failure.
Patented suspension system
Working on much the same principle as a vehicle's shock absorbers, GateshoX absorbs the load of the gate for smoother travel. This dramatically reduces noise and minimises wear and tear. Suits both angle and round rails.
Eliminates rail corrugation
Rail corrugation is the deformation of the track caused by repeated wheel impact. Left unchecked it gets noisy, then expensive. The V3 suspension keeps the load under control and your track in shape.
Sealed bearings — maintenance free
Our wheels use fully sealed bearings. No greasing schedule, no service intervals. Fit and forget.
Whisper-quiet operation
Smooth, near-silent travel — particularly noticeable on high-speed automated gates where wheel noise normally announces every cycle.
High-quality wheel bracket
Laser-cut and CNC-bent mounting bracket for ultimate ruggedness and longevity. Available electroplated or in stainless steel.
Click-in / click-out wheels
When wheels do eventually wear, replacing them takes minutes — no bracket removal, no special tools.
Capacity
Compact footprint. Heavy-duty capacity.
At 150 × 90 × 53 mm with 70 mm mounting centres, a single V3 set fits where most heavy-duty wheels won't — and still carries up to 600kg.
- 1 set → up to 600kg
- 2 sets → up to 1200kg
- 4 sets → up to 2400kg

FAQ
Frequently asked.
Can't find your answer? Send us a quick WhatsApp — we usually reply within an hour.
How many sets do I need for my gate?+
One V3 set carries up to 600kg. For heavier gates we allocate multiple sets — up to four supports gates of around 2400kg. Send us the gate weight and length and we'll spec it.
What's the difference between Electroplated Mild Steel and Stainless Steel?+
Electroplated Mild Steel offers premium corrosion protection for typical residential, commercial and industrial sites. Stainless Steel is the best choice for coastal, marine or high-corrosion environments.
Are the bearings serviceable?+
No service required — they're sealed. When they eventually wear, the entire wheel pops out and a replacement clicks in via our RWK kit.
What rails are supported?+
The V3 suits both angle and round rails commonly used on sliding gates.
What does the warranty cover?+
Industry-leading warranty on the mounting and wheel bracket. Covers manufacturing defects and clear product failure. Excludes impact damage, misuse and unauthorised modification (T&Cs apply).
